Google SEO - Want to be top business result for local area search

My business has been in business for 10 years now and I have had a strong presence online with plenty of pictures in my portfolio, online reviews and history. HOWEVER, I recently relocated my business and in doing so my google reviews all dropped off from my google business listing and I feel like I'm starting back at the beginning.
My business is very niche, there aren't more than 10-15 businesses like mine within a 100mile radius, so I'm looking to improve my SEO, specifically focusing on being the #1 local result when somebody searches for specific keywords in my area.
I feel I already have a lot of good history and things in place to make this request to be #1 a lot easier than a business that's new with no history or existing website or other publications.
I know a lot of freelance bidders just flood new requests without actually reading the project request, so please provide your response to bid on this project with an opening message of "LETS DO THIS!" so I know you actually read me details and I will simply eliminate those who do not.
