Google For Jobs SEO, Schema, Indexing API, Etc

I am looking to boost my Google For Jobs listing (on my website). I want help ranking higher in Google For Jobs and overall improving my Jobs listing. I want help creating and setting up Indexing API. I want help improving and using the proper Schema for my Job posting.
I am not looking for a generic bid. If you cannot explain to me, clearly, what I will be getting in your proposal, then I'm not interested in your services. I am looking for someone that is highly experienced in Google For Jobs, SEO, Schema, and setting up Indexing API.
We will work remotely through a screensharing program, TeamViewer, Anydesk, etc. If you cannot work with me, through this procedure, then do not bid please. Let me know in your proposal that this is acceptable.
I am not looking for a learn on the job Freelancer. I can do that myself. I am looking for an experienced professional.
I will pay what you bid. I will not negotiate price after you have bid on the project. Bid what you plan on being paid. I'm not into playing games.
