Google Ads & SEO/SMO optimization

We are looking for a partner to run & optimize our Google Ads account, as well as aid us in optimize our SEO and SEO-strategy. We are currently working on a new e-commerce platform which we will be moving to around June 2022.
Firstly we want a partner that can review our Google Ads and look at how we can improve and optimize our ads and ads-strategy. After the review we need a detailed report over the improvement and optimization points and how much time it would take to do the necessary changes and optimization, as well as continuous optimization workflow moving forward.
SEO & SMO are two points that also will be highly relevant, but will be part of the project after the initial review for Google Ads.
