.GOV links from .GOV-zone - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.gov

We need permanent links from domains in the .GOV zone (preferably several, preferably different) for some of our online projects. Maybe in comments, profiles, etc. - we will consider all offers. There are 3 of our projects in total. Each project requires 5 dofollow links from unique domains in the .GOV zone. We are interested in links EXACTLY from the .GOV domain - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.gov

Examples:
xxxxxx.gov.ru is NOT a gov-zone, but .RU
xxxxxx.gov is what I need
