FuturePillar: Global SEO-Optimized Job Platform

I want to build an SEO-optimized job website where I list jobs and jobseekers apply for them. It's a global job platform under the name FuturePillar.

Domains: futurepillar.com is the primary/live domain. futurepillar.in is owned defensively (brand protection only) — needs a 301 redirect to futurepillar.com, no content hosted there.

Design: No fixed template or theme — developer has full freedom to choose the design, as long as it's clean and user-friendly.

Scale: Hundreds of SEO-friendly job pages at launch, scaling to thousands over time.

Core features:





Job listings — title, company, location, category, description, apply URL, posted date, expiry



Search & filters — keyword, location, category



Apply button — redirects to external client website (no form, no file upload)



Admin panel — I have an exact draft for this, will share separately. Needs to support:





Post, edit, delete, update jobs



Create/manage SEO pages (e.g., category or location landing pages)



No candidate accounts, no login, no resume database — jobseeker side is fully public, zero authentication



Sitemap.xml — auto-generated as jobs/SEO pages are added



Schema.org JobPosting markup — on job pages, for Google for Jobs eligibility

Tech preference: Next.js (TypeScript) + PostgreSQL, for SEO performance at scale. Open to your suggestions on hosting.

Timeline: No live jobs for 1–2 months (pending a client tie-up) — early work can focus on the admin panel and SEO page system.

Deliverables: Full source code, deployment setup guide, admin panel walkthrough.
