Full-time local SEO specialist – single person only (no agency/team)

I’m looking to hire a dedicated, full-time individual (not a team or agency) to work with local SEO for my business, which offers construction and garden services in four small municipalities in Sweden:
• Enköping
• Håbo
• Upplands-Bro
• Järfälla

What I’m looking for

You should be able to:
• Conduct local keyword and competitor research
• Use ChatGPT or similar tools to help understand Swedish websites and search behavior
• Create and optimize Google Business Profiles
• Improve on-page SEO for key landing pages
• Build local backlinks and citations
• Track and document all activities and results
• Work independently, with regular check-ins
• Deliver high-quality, long-term SEO results

Requirements
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus, not required)
• Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools to support the work
• Strong attention to detail and clear documentation habits
• No team setup – I am hiring one person only
