I run a boutique online store that sells handcrafted home décor, built on WordPress. Our customers love the products, but I know the site itself can serve them better. My two priorities are crystal-clear: make every page load noticeably faster and smooth out the overall experience, especially when shoppers browse on their phones.

What that means in practice is cleaning up anything that drags performance, streamlining navigation so people find products in as few taps as possible, and tightening mobile responsiveness so the layout never breaks on smaller screens. You can use whatever mix of caching, image optimisation, code minification, Core Web Vitals tweaks, or lightweight theme adjustments you feel is best—as long as the end result is a faster, more intuitive store. All work will be done within WordPress, so familiarity with its ecosystem of performance plugins, page builders, and hosting quirks is essential.

Once you’ve completed the optimisation, I’d like a short before-and-after report showing key speed metrics (LCP, CLS, total load time) for both desktop and mobile, plus any recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
