Full Website Optimization, Design adjustments for mobile, and SEO yoast

I'm looking for a professional web developer who can make our newly designed site fully optimized. The tasks at hand include:
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility: The site should work seamlessly on all browsers including Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
- Implementing responsive design: The site needs to be fully responsive across all devices. This includes modifying the layout and resizing images where necessary.
- SEO Setup: The site needs to have meta tags set up and pages configured in Yoast.
This project needs to be completed by Monday as we are ready to launch. Ideal candidates should possess strong web development skills, experience with cross-browser and responsive design, as well as a solid understanding of SEO and familiarity with Yoast.
