To do this, we need a full-time Virtual Assistant who can work with ChatGPT, SEO routines and backlink building – month after month.

Your job – what you will do
This is a long-term, full-time job (40 hours/week).
You will follow a monthly routine for each local service page (60 pages total).
Each month, you will:
• Use ChatGPT to write and translate short blog articles in Swedish
• Turn each article into a PDF and upload to sites like SlideShare
• Create and post content to Facebook, Google Business, Pinterest
• Internally link pages to each other (according to plan)
• Log every backlink in Google Sheets
• Follow detailed checklists (you’ll be trained and supported)
• Make sure every task is done fully and on time
You’ll be expected to complete 10 high-quality backlinks per page per month – that’s 600/month total, but with clear routines and templates.

• You are comfortable following strict checklists and routines
• You track your work in Google Sheets and follow a schedule
• You understand basic SEO and what a backlink is
• You work independently and ask smart questions when needed
