Full-Time Backlink Builder for Construction Services Website

About the project
We run a local construction services website in Sweden. The site focuses on several core services (decking, facade renovation, conservatories, renovations, window/door replacement, tree removal/land clearing, and facade/terrace washing) across five municipalities.
We are building a large content base (600–1,200 articles + 50 service pages) with strong on-page SEO and internal linking. The next step is to build a long-term, high-quality backlink strategy to strengthen authority and dominate local search results.
What we are looking for
We want to hire a dedicated freelancer full-time (40h/week) for at least 6 months, starting at $500/month. Your role will be to build sustainable, high-quality backlinks — not spammy, outdated, or automated links.
IMPORTANT: We do not look for other SEO services, we have onpage seo planned, we have SEO writer, and we have SEO analysis already done. SO PLESASE dont sell in a monthly package. IMPORTANT I look for a co-worker that will specialise in our backlink building.
Scope of work
Publish content and create backlinks on trusted platforms (Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, Blogger, WordPress.com, Wix, Weebly).
Upload PDFs and presentations with links (SlideShare, Issuu, Yumpu, Calameo).
Create visual backlinks via platforms like Pinterest, Flickr, YouTube (basic videos).
Add the company to relevant local business directories and citations.
Find opportunities for guest posts and outreach to relevant blogs.
Answer Q&A on platforms like Quora/Reddit (no spam, real value answers).
Track backlinks in a shared Google Sheet with URL + date.
What we do not want
No forum spam, blog comments, or mass social bookmarking.
No PBN links or shady networks.
No duplicate/automated content.
Expectations
We understand that quality backlinks take time. Based on our own estimates, a realistic pace could be:
200–300 backlinks/month from easier sources (platforms, PDF sharing, citations).
20–40 backlinks/month from stronger sources (guest posts, niche blogs, outreach).
Your proposal should include:
Your own estimation of how many backlinks you can realistically deliver in 6 months while keeping quality high.
A short description of your preferred methods and workflow.

Proven experience in link building without spam.
Ability to use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to help create content (short posts, PDFs, answers).
Fluent English (Swedish not required).
Organized and consistent in tracking progress.
