Formatting wordpress posts to SEO friendly

The successful bidder will format the existing posts (approx. 2500 nos.) of the health website, making it more SEO friendly. It is almost similar to on page-SEO. All aspects of SEO has to be take care viz. title, H2 & H3 tags, Appropriate internal linking (do-follow), External linking (no-follow) only with Wikipedia, addition of tags, metadata, etc.
