Do Follow Links + Blog Outreach SEO

I'm looking for consistent, long life do-follow links for my website. Relevant links within my niche would be optimum but understand there would be a mix. Looking for a monthly amount of high quality links would be happy with fewer links if they were of high quality. Looking for regular ongoing work.

Looking to push my DA to above 30 over the coming year.

Looking for links that will not be removed or deleted.

Would also consider blogger outreach for relevant sites in my niche.

I would want to avoid any links the same as my current backlink profile, sop no duplicate links.
