Fixing errors, Warnings and Notices on Shopify store

My name is Bec and I have a jewellery e-commerce store. I sell jewellery making workshops and jewellery tools. I have a shopify store and need someone to fix errors and warnings on my website to improve the health of my website.
I monitor my rankings and website performance via SEM Rush. I am seeking an expert who can quickly fix broken internal and external links, duplicate meta descriptions and duplicate title pages. I also have 594 pages have no hreflang and lang attributes.
207 pages have too much text within the title tags, (so I also need the shop name removed from each of my page titles, as it is making my page titles too long. I have tried to remove this from the theme liquid without success). 187 pages have duplicate H1 and title tags. 181 outgoing internal links contain nofollow attribute.
If possible, I would also like someone who can add redirects for products that I have unpublished.
