Fix Poor Spam Score / Domain Authority of Website

According to https://websiteseochecker.com/domain-authority-checker/ our website (sure cover . com . au) has very low domain authority and a bad spam score. I need someone to find out the problem and fix the spam score. I think that will help improve the google ranking.
