Expert PBN Builder Needed

I'm looking for a highly skilled SEO expert to create a Private Blog Network (PBN) for me. The PBN will be used to improve search engine rankings for product-related and service-related keywords.

Key Requirements:
- Select high authority domains
- Check domains for high Domain Authority (DA) and Domain Rating (DR)
- Verify and avoid past spam abuse
- Set up the PBN with a CMS (preferably SEO-friendly)
