## About Us

We are a young, digital platform for licensing of Transportservices and utilize a lot of Online Marketing. Our focus is on building modern, SEO-optimized (landing-) pages as well as integrating and executing successful SEA campaigns.

## What We Are Looking For

A reliable technical partner/assistance who can support us in the creation, optimization, and technical maintenance of landing pages, and connect these with third party SEA strategies.

## Scope of Work

* Technical implementation of landing pages (e.g., WordPress + Elementor or similar tools) (enhanced with AI?)
* Setup of tracking & conversion tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.)
* Technical optimization (PageSpeed, responsiveness, bug fixing)
* Collaboration in developing an SEA strategy (landing page alignment with keywords, ad relevance, conversion optimization)
* Ongoing support: small adjustments, bug fixes, performance monitoring—weekly reports

## Requirements

* Proven experience in landing page development (portfolio preferred)
* Technical expertise: HTML, CSS, WordPress, and possibly JavaScript, API
* Experience with Google Ads & conversion tracking is a plus
* Reliable communication and structured working style
* Proactive advice on improvements

## Nice to Have

* Experience with SEO basics
* Innovative approach using AI
* Knowledge of modern UI/UX practices – Results over design. 
* Experience with A/B testing

## Conditions

* Project-based with the option for long-term collaboration (retainer model possible)
* Flexible working style, regular short check-ins (e.g., via Teams/Zoom)
* Fair compensation by agreement (hourly rate or package price)
