Etsy store optimization specialist

I am looking for someone who enjoys maintaining proper product pricing, following trends, ensuring shipping is being accounted for and not interfering with our bottom line. Tagging store items maximizing keywords. Essentially I'm looking for a partner, one that believes in that quality of my products and sales potential. Someone that I can build a relationship with as the company grows into what it's capable of. I would like to negotiate payment for service as it is a lot of work and will be ongoing.
