- Manage customer inquiries and messages
- Maintain high shop ratings through excellent customer service
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in Etsy shop management
- Strong SEO skills, particularly for Etsy
- Experience in marketing and promotion
- Excellent communication skills for customer service
We are seeking an experienced Etsy Account Manager based in Spain to help optimize our shop and increase sales. We have a large cataloge and a recognized brand. Spanish location only accepted, will not entertain remote workers. Alicante are a plus. opening offer is to start, in the event of a long term hire, we would want todo some profit sharing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Etsy's platform, including SEO strategies, product listings, and customer engagement. Good English skills a must. You will be responsible for managing our store, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
