Enhancing Website Traffic via SEO

We're seeking an SEO professional with a track record in driving website traffic. We are a start-up ecommerce company that has developed a very strong tutorial program for prospective medical students who need help with the CARS portion of the MCAT. We need someone who is skilled in developing an organic process, incorporating UI/UX facilitation, to partner with us to build our online presence.
Our developed tutorial completely replicates the experience of the actual CARS MCAT assessment experience, and we believe there is nothing comprable to it on the market. Utilizing our product would greatly improve an applicant's chances of doing well on this assessment; there are multiple reasons why this would be the case, (and we can explain this in more detail down the road) as our product was developed specifically for this purpose. We strongly believe we have an excellent product; that being said, we also recognize the SEO piece is at once the key and also outside our areas of expertise. We need someone who can both initiate the process and continually monitor and modify our strategies as necessary, including advice regarding additional things we, and you, should be doing.
We want to clearly emphasize that we are looking for a partner, someone who can see the value in what we've developed, and is willing to put some skin in the game, and work hard to develop our online presence. As such we would offer that partner a percentage of our profits rather than paying any upfront fees. You would truly be a part of the business.
