WordPress Website Manager & SEO-Focused Web Developer Needed
We are looking for a reliable and responsive WordPress freelancer to help us manage, improve, and maintain our company websites on an ongoing basis.
Our websites are hosted on SiteGround, and we need someone who is comfortable working with WordPress, hosting environments, website performance, SEO, content updates, plugin management, and general website improvements.
This is not just a one-off task. We are looking for someone dependable who can become our long-term website support partner. We have started and stopped with different freelancers several times, so reliability, communication, and ownership are very important to us.
What we need help with
The freelancer will support us with:
Updating and improving WordPress pages
Making design/layout changes based on our requirements
Suggesting better ways to structure and maintain the website
Improving website speed, performance, and user experience
Managing plugins, themes, backups, and updates carefully
Making sure the websites remain stable and secure
Supporting SEO improvements, including page structure, metadata, headings, internal linking, and technical SEO basics
Creating or improving landing pages for services, products, events, and campaigns
Helping us present our company in a more professional and modern way online
Advising us when something should be done differently rather than simply following instructions blindly
Required experience

Website speed and performance optimisation

Basic security, backups, and staging workflows
