From there, please implement the fixes yourself: compress assets, fine-tune caching, lazy-load video thumbnails, adjust the critical rendering path, and optimise any scripts that slow down Time to Interactive. I’m after concrete, before-and-after metrics that show faster loads on both mobile and desktop and a meaningful lift in our performance scores.

Deliverables
