Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Needed

​​I'm seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to help with various tasks for my ecommerce webshops. The tasks will range from administrative duties, like creating an inventory system in spreadsheets, to performing tasks in WordPress, writing content, and managing social media.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating an efficient inventory system in spreadsheets to maintain stock. Auto generate new order lists and connect it to the wordpress inventory by api.
- Assisting with various tasks in WordPress for optimizing the webshop.
- Writing engaging social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIN and Tiktok pages/accounts.
- Interacting with other users/pages on social media and giving reactions on content and in groups/pages to get more engagement on our own pages/accounts.
- SEO work like making backlinks from other websites, backlink platforms.
- Looking for paid guest posts on other blogs and making a list with prices and websites.
- Setting up email automations with mailing software for follow up, getting customer reviews and support.
- Setting up workflows in Higher Level so that tasks like social media inbox messages get auto responses and getting emails and phone numbers (leads). Those leads need to be pulled into the system and auto mailed.

Ideal Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, particularly for inventory management.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Woocommerce.
- Excellent writing skills, with a focus on crafting appealing social media content.
- Content writing for blogging (ChatGPT can be used for the basics)
- Online marketing experience for bringing the online presence to a higher level.
- Prior experience managing ecommerce social media accounts is a plus.
- Prior experience with Higher Level is a plus.
