We are actively looking for a Director of SEO working remotely.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the HR tech space. We are looking for new voices to help us connect the world to work.
As a Director of SEO you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy across a network of websites and who can help define our vision and roadmap.
What You’ll Do:
· Plan, develop and implement the company SEO vision and strategy;
· Work with leaders to understand business objectives and make recommendations on how SEO can help achieve company goals;
· Fine-tune the current foundation for organic search optimization and ROI maximization
· Align search strategy with product offerings;
· Conduct on-site and off-site audits and analyze competitors;
· Regularly perform keywords research to identify gaps and new opportunities;
· Monitor all necessary KPIs for Search Engine performance: speed, content, click rate, bounce rate, etc.; and recommend continual enhancements;
· Identify problems & deficiencies, and implement solutions in a timely manner;
· Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices;
· Serve as the main SEO contact point across the company and gain support and alignment on the SEO strategy.
What You Bring:
· You have 5-8 years of experience as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist or similar role involving planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
· You have experience with navigating, strategizing, and growing international enterprise level SEO;
· Outstanding leadership and team management skills;
· Advanced knowledge of Technical SEO;
· Ability to present campaign results to senior management, seamlessly balance strategic initiatives and operational functions of the SEO team;
· You understand changes to the marketplace and industry and adjust the SEO strategies accordingly;
· You give advice on website development tweaks to enhance SEO: redirects, hreflangs, and use of JavaScript;
· You have a proven experience in large website migrations;
· You have expert knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming frog, etc);
· You have knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
· You are a resourceful, proactive, and creative problem solver;
· You like working as a collaborative team player;
· You have excellent analytical skills and are a data-driven thinker ;
· You have experience with off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building strategies);
· You have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish buy-in from key stakeholders;
