Digital Marketing Specialist (Off-Page SEO & SMM)
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
High Level Requirement:
5 backlinks per week - 1 month 20 backlinks
1 blog post per week - 1 month 4 blog posts
(create it directly on website - access will be provided)
2 social media post per week - 1 month 8 social media posts
(create it directly on social media - access will be provided)
Post the same on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Milestone payment at every 4 weeks.

Detailed Requirement (PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT TO BE 100% COMPLIANT):
Services Required:
1) Off-Page SEO - Outreach and link building:
- 20 High Quality Backlinks per month
- No outsourcing to freelancers or spamming of backlinks (ie. I can easily get 1000 backlinks in a day, but this is not allowed as mostly this involves spamming and unnatural links)
- Need high quantity of HIGH-QUALITY backlinks only (i.e. from relevant site, high quality sites, sites with high DA/PA, mixture of do-follow and no-follow links but more on do-follow)
- Weekly report: Every links will be scrutinized (unacceptable links will be rejected and must be removed)
2) Content Marketing - Site Blog / Social Media post:
- Once a week On Site blog post.
Must be written by human and no AI generated content allowed. AI can only be used to structure or give ideas. The written content will be checked against several AI content detection and plagiarism tools. Only those which passed will be accepted. One image per blog post but the image must be original and no copyright issue.
- Twice a week social media post on 4 social medias (same post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Likewise, content must be original and no copyright issue
Targeted Keywords for now:
* "video production"
* "video production company"
* "video production Singapore"
* "video production company Singapore"
Targeted Market:
To start with Singapore, then later US/UK/AU.
Governance:
Once a week meeting to review the work done and performance.

The website is currently undergoing maintenance/upgrade and should be up in 1-2 weeks' time, but your quotation/proposal should have no relation to the site evaluation as your end is mostly Off-Page SEO and content marketing. Happy to share the domain/URL info to the selected candidate.
The existing website/business was mostly marketed through paid Ads in other countries previously. Hence, this time we are planning for an organic marketing/growth.
