Job Description
We are seeking someone to simply accomplish three main goals:
* Organically grow fan base
* Book live shows and interviews
* Generate Revenue


Key Responsibilities
* Lead creative promotional campaigns for releases (FB Ads, Google, Ads, etc...)
* Manage, monitor, and maximize social networking tools including (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Email Blast, Company Website, etc.)
* Lead efforts to improve search engine optimization (SEO) in key areas.
* Lead and manage the creation of all Visual Content & Merchandise
* Graphic Design as needed

Requirements
* Digital marketing/closely related degree or proven digital marketing experience
* Sales experience is a plus
* Creative mindset and a passion for originality
* Willingness & Passion to build, learn, and grow
* Positive mindset

Pay Structure
* 25% of all Revenue brought in
* Equity in company negotiable after 6 months
