Digital Marketing of Online Grocery Store

I am developing two online grocery stores with two different target markets. I need someone to assist in digital marketing of both sites. This will involve development, implementation and review of strategy on a monthly basis. This will be across all social media platforms and web.

I am looking for fixed cost monthly contract. Please provide a structured proposal of the activities that will be undertaken monthly and what the charges will be.
