Digital Marketing Manager Needed

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence through strategic digital initiatives. This role involves managing social media pages, optimizing website SEO, publishing engaging blog content, and implementing effective strategies to boost organic performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and social media reach.
Manage and maintain our social media pages, engaging with our audience and driving user interaction.
Generate customer leads through various digital channels and optimize conversion rates.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Publish high-quality blog posts and other content to attract and engage our target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to continually improve our strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
Proficiency in social media management, SEO optimization, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Schedule:
60 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Indian time (10 AM to 7 PM).
Compensation:
Starting monthly compensation of $100, with potential for increase based on performance.
Payment through Freelancer platform only, no payments outside of Freelancer.
