Key Responsibilities:
- Implement review engagement plans tailored to each package (, , and plans).
- Design, schedule, and optimize review templates and QR request links.
- Manage and monitor client profiles across Google listings and relevant directories.
- Provide monthly performance reports, insights, and strategy updates.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and suggest visibility improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or reputation management.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, SEO fundamentals, and review platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
