Utilize social media listening tools to monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and competitor activities, extracting valuable insights to shape strategy.
Develop and nurture relationships with customers and followers through community management, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on social media performance, emphasizing successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
