The objective of this meeting is to make sure your team and you achieve a successful proposal. You Understand:
*What is the ‘minimum viable product’ requirement?
*What is your competitive advantage?
*Which items not to remove from scope if you perceive this number is “not feasible” ? Budget circa NZD $1-3,000:
*Do you understand the customer (New Zealand government leaders)?
*Will the client be difficult to work with?
*There is no “jargon” you’re unfamiliar with, and you can provide a list of tasks and whom from the team can complete each task. Including my offer of one resource.
*Are the due dates in your response with an organised list of milestone criteria and what needs to be clarified?
*Will you use the available templates from WordPress or build your own “blue” website?
