Design and Marketing

i'm looking for a freelancer who has an understanding of design and marketing at the same time. My site mein-job.de is about the placement of freelancer to employer. For this purpose, there is a business directory to attract the craftsmen with a free SEO entry with us. The business directory is free for freelancer and every company can register. My project is directly about the freelancers page, where the freelancer present themselves. I would like to change the design so that it looks clearer and more professional. The page was created via e... created. For me it looks a bit too big and confusing. Three functions are very important on the site. One is the information about the freelancer and the most important functions are the animation to register for free and for us most important for the employer the advertising that they place an order with us. Everything is currently on the site and I would like to have it restructured so that it looks more professional and is suitable for Seo and speed.

the page is a Wordpress page that was created via Elementor.

here is an example of the registered FIrms with all contents
