We are seeking a high-level developer to perform a 360-degree audit and immediate technical repair of gift10us.com. The site is live, but we need it "launch-ready" in 7 days. This is a hands-on project; you will be responsible for both identifying issues and implementing the fixes directly in the WooCommerce/WordPress backend.
The core focus of this project includes:
1. Technical Audit & Full Fixes: Resolve all PHP errors, plugin conflicts, and CSS issues. You must ensure the entire order process—from product selection to payment—is flawless.
2. Delivery Logic (Critical): We deliver exclusively to the Sacramento, CA area, but our buyers are worldwide.
• Zip Code Validator: Implement a front-end "Availability Check" (popup or homepage field) where users enter the recipient’s zip code.
• Logic: If the zip code is in our approved Sacramento list, allow shopping and pre-fill that zip code into the checkout shipping field. If not, show an "out of area" message.
3. Local SEO (Sacramento Focus): Perform deep on-page optimization. This includes implementing Local Schema, optimizing meta-tags/headers for Sacramento keywords, and ensuring image alt-text is configured for local search.
4. Performance & Speed: Optimize Core Web Vitals. The site must be lightning-fast on mobile and desktop.
5. Content Accuracy: Conduct a meticulous sweep for spelling, grammar, broken links, and 404 errors.
Milestones (7-Day Schedule):
• Day 2: Comprehensive Audit Report – Detailed list of technical bugs, performance bottlenecks, and a local SEO keyword strategy.
• Day 5: Technical & Functional Repairs – All code errors fixed, Sacramento delivery logic/international billing implemented, and speed optimization completed.
