Creative& AI friendly Avada Corporate WordPress Build

I’m ready to split my online presence into two streamlined WordPress sites and need a developer who can handle both parts smoothly.
First, build a brand-new corporate-information site on the Avada theme. The brief in the attachment lays out the page structure, colour palette and copy, but the overall vibe I want is creative and colourful—something that lifts us above the typical corporate look while still remaining professional. Every page must be SEO-friendly (clean permalinks, schema, meta tags, XML sitemap) and “AI-friendly” so future integrations such as chatbot widgets or content-recommendation plugins can drop in without rework.
Second, take my current site—presently on Avada and suffering a few glitches—and rebuild it with the AiPower template. Content stays the same; I mainly need the theme migration, bug fixes and a quick optimisation pass so it loads fast and behaves.
Deliverables
• New Avada-based site live on our hosting, child theme in place
• Existing site rebuilt on AiPower, fully functional
• Green scores on PageSpeed Insights for both desktop and mobile
• SEO basics set up: sitemap, robots.txt, keyword-mapped titles, and any required 301 redirects
• Brief documentation covering custom code, plugins used and update steps
There will be about totally around 100 phoots which have been edited for appliaciton on website. also 3-5 short videos.
