Creative agency type website in Drupal.
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a website updated that has a creative agency feel on the main page and a technical/architecturally portfolio feel on another pathway to a subsite. The person/team of choice will be a great communicator(s) and needs to be willing to sit and work it out with me.

What I do NOT need is someone who will tell me how awful the current website is.
Someone who does not communicate well.

Someone who will scope creep and increase fees. Your fee stated is it unless I change the scope.
I DO NOT WANT WORDPRESS. Only drupal development, please.
I have been disappointed a few times in the past with development but I have also had some really great developers on other projects. The team of choice will also need to help with the branding. My colours are white, black, yellow and blue. I want to move back to mainly white and black with the other two colours used tastefully in the design if possible. Will give the specifics to the person of choice.
A start of today is desirable.
