Create SEO Services Landing Page for our IT Agency

I need a professional WordPress developer to create a compelling landing page for our SEO services. The primary aim of this landing page is to generate leads and we be sending Facebook/Google Adwords consumers to this page.
The current page is https://lowcostdigital.ie/digital-marketing/search-engine-optimisation/ needs to be rebuilt to offer something similar but far better than top-ranked competition like:
https://aspiremedia.ie/seo-dublin/ (like the graphs they use)
https://www.seosolutions.ie/ (not great landing page but seems to rank 1 on most keywords in SEO in ireland)
