Convert Business Site to WordPress

I need my existing business website rebuilt on WordPress so that I can manage the content myself without touching code. You’ll take everything that is live today—pages, images, copy, and any behind-the-scenes SEO settings—and reproduce it on a fresh WordPress install, making sure every link, meta tag, and media file comes across intact.

The current layout works well for us, so please match the look and feel as closely as WordPress allows. Where small tweaks improve mobile responsiveness or loading speed, feel free to suggest them; I’ll approve changes before you implement.

Core requirements
• Exact content migration with no data loss
• WordPress theme configured to mirror the existing design
• Clean, lightweight page-builder or native Gutenberg blocks—no bloated add-ons
• Basic on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, alt tags) carried over
• Google Analytics and Search Console codes re-installed
• Security hardening and a simple backup solution in place

Once the site is live on our host, I’ll need a short walkthrough (screen share or recorded video) showing how to update text, images, and menus on my own. Please include an estimated timeline for each milestone—migration, theming, QA, and final hand-off—when you respond.
