Conversion Rate Optimization strategy - Digital Product Management expert

I am looking for a digital product manager professional, who can advise on a conversion rate optimization strategy that can help us acquire more users and increase their activation rate. This can be an ongoing consultancy project, the execution part will be my responsibility, so mainly what we are looking for is innovative ideas, so following is what we are expecting:
