I want to move my WordPress site through five clearly-defined phases that together deliver one outcome: a noticeably better user experience. Speed, stability, security and search readiness must all improve, and each phase has concrete tasks and success metrics.
Phase 1 – Critical Performance

Phase 2 – WordPress House-Keeping

Phase 3 – Image & Media

• Implement native lazy loading (this is the must-have)
• Tidy the client logo carousel for minimal layout shift
Phase 4 – Technical SEO
• Re-generate and submit an optimized XML sitemap, refine robots.txt
