We are Chrissy Bales, a luxury e-commerce brand based in the UK, specialising in premium raw hair wigs and handmade glueless units. We operate on Shopify and serve international clients across the UK, US, and Europe.
We are looking for an experienced SEO strategist to conduct a comprehensive SEO audit and create a fully actionable growth strategy — with the goal of increasing organic visibility, keyword rankings, and conversion-ready traffic aligned with the luxury hair and beauty space.
Important: We have internal team members who will implement the work.
We require not only strategy, but also a clear SEO Implementation SOP for our in-house team to follow.
Scope of Work
A. Full SEO Audit
- Website health check (indexing, speed, mobile, SSL, schema)
- Technical issues affecting Shopify visibility
- Current keyword and content performance
- Backlink and authority profile review
B. SEO Strategy Development
- Keyword research focused on UK and international intent
- Keyword grouping by page type (product, collection, blog, services)
- Site structure and internal linking plan
- Competitor and gap analysis (luxury beauty/fashion sector)
- 3-6 month content roadmap (collection pages, blogs, FAQs)
- Backlink strategy (white-hat recommendations)
C. SEO Implementation SOP
- Deliver a simple, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document that our in-house team can use to carry out your recommendations.
This must include:
-Instructions for updating meta titles and descriptions in Shopify
- How to apply image alt text using keywords
- Keyword placement guidance for product, collection, and blog pages
- How to add internal links and monitor indexing via Google Search Console
- Best practices for formatting and posting SEO-optimised blog content
- Visual references, templates, or Loom walkthroughs are welcomed.
Deliverables:
- SEO Audit Report (PDF or Google Doc)
- 3-6 Month Strategy Plan (Slides or Doc)
- Keyword Research Spreadsheet (by page type)
