Comprehensive Pet Niche Outreach

I'm looking for a professional outreach services at the Pet Niche for a long term collaboration with a Budget-Based Compensation. I'll pay 10% fee to you of the budget spent on a link insert (preferable) / guest posting.

IMPORTANT: Before applying - send me 3 website examples of websites that meet the criteria below, so I'll understand you know what I'm talking about. Any proposal without 3 website examples will be declined automatically.

I'm looking for:
- I'm looking for a Pet Niche backlinks
- Websites I'm looking for have to have at least 1000 monthly visitors
- It should not be a huge just a guest posting farms or PBNs
- It should not have casino/gambling/cbd content or links
- Websites should not have a declining traffic
- Websites should not have a declining backlinks profile
- Websites should have a healthy backlinks profile as much as possible, no PBN, no heavy social profile backlinks, no unnatural links
- Organic traffic has to be healthy - no junk meanless keyword
- Websites should not have a fake DR, e.g. google redirects, etc.
- Websites should not be advertisement heavy (content farm), websites must be done for people
- Links has to be dofollow and with out sponsored attribute
- Guest post is ok (page has to be able to be indexed in at least 5 days), but link insert is preferable (depending on a price, what is cheaper)
- If link is good I can pay up to $250 for link
- Every backlink proposal should be done with all above requirements met and presented
- We'll start from a budget of $3000 and your fee as $300
- Next milestone will be defined separately
