Comprehensive Management for Affiliate Marketing

I'm seeking an experienced affiliate manager for my home decor brand who can energetically take on a range of tasks. Your essential responsibilities will include:
1. Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding: You'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding more than 50 affiliate partners initially. Affiliates must be recruited from diverse platforms, including Home and Lifestyle Blogs, Interior Design Websites, and General E-commerce Platforms, to ensure a comprehensive reach of prospective customers.
2. Affiliate Commission Tracking and Payments: It will be your responsibility to diligently track affiliate commissions and manage payment schedules, ensuring transparency and promptness in all transactions.
3. Affiliate Marketing Strategy and Campaign Creation: I'm wanting someone who can create and execute an effective affiliate marketing strategy, involving innovative campaign creation to drive our brand's success.
You must have a strong background in affiliate management, e-commerce, and digital marketing, along with an understanding of the home decor industry. Previous work experience in handling large groups of affiliates and proficiency in creating lucrative campaigns will be ideal for this role.
