We are the team behind IDPhotoSize (https://idphotosize.com), a free, privacy-first web application that helps users resize, align, crop, and automatically remove background shadows from photos to meet official passport, visa, and ID specifications. Because it processes images entirely client-side inside the user's browser, their biometric data remains completely private.
We are looking for a dedicated Community Outreach & Organic SEO Specialist for a one-time project. Your main goal will be to complete 100 high-quality contributions, helping people who need assistance with passport/visa photo specifications or online portal rejection errors by introducing them to our free tool.

The Role & AI-Assisted Workflow
This is NOT a spammy link-building or keyword-stuffing job. We practice high-quality, genuine, value-first outreach. You will participate in active discussions across Reddit, Quora, niche forums (e.g., VisaJourney, TripAdvisor), Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), helping users solve their real-world problems.
To make this project highly efficient for you, we provide you with a pre-configured AI prompt template and a product reference guide. Your workflow will look like this:
1. Find the right, relevant posts/discussions on the target platforms.
2. Use the provided prompt template in your preferred AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) along with the discussion text to generate a draft reply.
3. Review, edit, and polish the AI-generated draft to ensure it sounds 100% natural, matches the conversation, and complies with our quality guidelines, and then publish the post.
Project Deliverables (100 total contributions)
For this project, you will be expected to complete:
1. Reddit Answers & Discussions: 15 posts/comments
2. Quora Answers: 20 high-quality answers
3. Visa & Travel Forum/Community Answers: 15 posts/comments (e.g., TripAdvisor, VisaJourney)
4. Facebook Group Answers & Discussions: 10 helpful comments in expat/visa groups
5. LinkedIn Professional Headshot Comments: 10 helpful comments (focusing on DIY CV/LinkedIn headshots)
6. X (Twitter) Real-time Replies: 10 short, helpful replies to users experiencing portal validation errors
7. Blog Comments: 10 high-value blog comments (minimum 80 words)
8. Guest Post Outreach Emails: 5 personalized emails to relevant niche blogs
9. Guest Posts Published: 5 quality educational articles (800–1500 words, using AI assistance + editing)
10. Opportunity Discovery: Add at least 20 new discussion threads/groups to our outreach tracking spreadsheet for future engagement.
Key Quality & Link Policy Guidelines
- Value First: You must answer the user's question first. Only mention IDPhotoSize if it genuinely solves their problem.
- No Spam/No Ads: Posts must never sound like a generic advertisement.
- No Link Stuffing: The vast majority of your posts should not contain links. Simply mentioning the tool's name is often enough, and you should only link when it's permitted and highly relevant.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: You will maintain a simple Google Sheet tracking URLs, dates, platforms, mentions, link status (live/removed), and engagement (replies/upvotes) as you complete the project.
Skills & Requirements
