We are seeking an experienced Translation Manager to oversee a team of 10-15 proofreaders, content creators, and uploaders for a large web hosting affiliate website. This is a full-time position requiring a highly organized individual with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the quality and timely delivery of multilingual content.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of proofreaders, translators, and content uploaders to ensure content quality and consistency across multiple languages.
-Content Workflow: Develop and manage workflows for content translation, proofreading, and publishing to meet project deadlines.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure all translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and adhere to the website's tone and style guidelines.
-Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, SEO, and technical teams, to align translation efforts with overall business objectives.
-Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to maintain high performance and resolve issues effectively.
-Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
Requirements:
-Proven experience managing teams of translators, proofreaders, or content creators.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of localization processes and cultural sensitivities.
-Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and tools for content translation.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and lead a diverse team.
-Knowledge of SEO and its role in multilingual content is a plus.
-Previous experience in the affiliate marketing or web hosting industry is preferred but not mandatory.
