Citations, USA Local business

I have a project on hand for which I need to get local citations including Local Google Maps Citations, all USA based.
What would you need from me? I do have another request. Though you will be giving a complete report of the links where citations have been submitted and logins used for the purpose, can you use Gmail which I am already using for the business? That will help me access all easier and at one place. I will then share that particular Gmail and login with you. It is preferred not necessary though, if not too much of a trouble for you.
We are more concerned about all from USA, quality of work and it's affect. Let me know how many citations can you do for the indicated budget as that is fixed.
