Building a website for a production company!

We are a Swedish production company. We have a website today that we are already very very happy with. Its super fast which is very important to us. But it needs some updates. The biggst problem today is that we are not ranking on google on swedish keywords, because our website is only in english.
We need to make the site into swedish as well, so that the user can choose if they want english or swedish text. We own both domains already. We need help with understanding how we need to build the website to rank better on google. We need to make a lot of new sub-pages where we can include all kinds of keyword texts. Also, you will need to make sure all connections are done with google analytics, google tags and all that. I would also value you higher if you bring input on how we can make the site better!
