As a cohesive team, you will leverage the power of the internet to make cold calls to property owners, initiate contact, and negotiate the lowest possible price based on your assessment of the seller's motivation and the market conditions while using certain methods for negotiion such as rhe
**Responsibilities:**
- Build a network of contacts and continue making P2P and B2B relationships through social media and google voice or other phone services
Collaboratively conduct cold calls to property owners using internet-based tools.
- Be likable, responsive, and informed.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential sellers as a unified team.
- Assess seller motivation and determine the possibility of selling the property quickly.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on the property and research comparable houses in the same area.
- Negotiate with sellers collectively to achieve the lowest possible price based on market conditions and property evaluation.
- Understand and apply contract law principles to ensure legality and enforceability of agreements.
**Requirements:**
- Experiance in cold calling and negotiation, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to use internet resources effectively for research and communication.
- Basic understanding of contract law principles relevant to real estate transactions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics is a plus
