I need a secure, fast, mobile friendly, SEO & Local SEO optimized website that doesn’t use any subscription service to create the theme (like Elementor or WP Bakery, etc. ), or a lot of plugins to work. If we must use a theme kit software like Elementor or WP Bakery, I’d prefer a pay once, use forever, vs. an annual fee offering. I already paid for WP Bakery, but I’d rather not use any of those, if possible.
Ideally, I’d like to just have a custom theme or template created where anytime I add a page or post, it’ll look like the rest of the website’s preexisting theme, and I can just type my new information, upload my photos and hit “publish” to create simple blog posts & pages using the generic Wordpress phone app. I need to not have a steep learning curve to just update or add pages & posts.
I’d like the new website to have the nearly exact appearance (or theme) of p6CrossFit.com and the information and pages of 13stripesfitness.com, while containing my own logo, photos, contact information, trainer bios, testimonials, & mapped location, etc. I’d like to have the orange color in the p6CrossFit.com website changed to a red that matches my logo.
I intend to use my same host (hostmds.com), who uses cPanel, and offers Wordpress, Drupal, Mautic, & email, etc. at no additional cost, so I need all of this to run within their preexisting system. I already purchased the Booknetic plugin, so I’d like to have you set that up so we can keep using it again. You’ll probably have to go in and upgrade/update the PHP when we start from scratch with a fresh account.
I’ll need you to set everything up from scratch, or I can do a fresh, blank wordpress installation (using the cPanel softaculous) and you can migrate the new site & make sure it all works and is secure & optimized. Whichever you suggest. I’ll also need to hire you back occasionally to update / upgrade & secure the site to keep it all running smoothly, secure & up to date.
Please ask technical questions to hostmds.com, as I don’t know their technical specifications and rules or what permissions they will and won’t grant us for their ‘shared hosting service’.
It’s imperative that we not use anything from my current website or template because the current account and installation gets repeatedly reinfected, despite numerous attempts by many different freelancers to disinfect and start anew. Therefore, once you’ve created the new site from scratch, I’ll notify my webhost (hostmds.com) to delete my account and you’ll need to install the new website on the fresh account.
In a nutshell I need:
1 - New website (with custom theme/template)
- SEO & local SEO optimized
- Mobile optimized
2 - Booknetic setup within the site
- With email, SMS & stripe payments setup
3 - Mautic installed & custom themes created that matches the new website that was created
- With email & sms setup
- Teach me how to use Mautic
4 - cPanel host provided email set up to work with website, Mautic, Booknetic, & dual (or split) delivery with Gmail (emails on same domain: some addresses will go to gmail, others will go to the cPanel HostMDS provided email)
5 - Set up Mautic & teach me how to use it to email different people based upon different conditions
6 - Set up automated periodic backups.
7 - Give me a backup copy of everything ready for re-installation. In case there’s a horrible problem in the future and I have to reinstall or install it in a new place.
