The assignment covers a full growth cycle: begin with an audit of current analytics, thumbnails, titles, tags, and playlists, then roll out a pragmatic strategy that mixes YouTube SEO, content scheduling, and, where appropriate, influencer outreach or paid placements on Google Ads. I expect clear, data-driven adjustments grounded in best practices—A/B testing thumbnails, refining keywords, polishing end screens, and leveraging Shorts when it fits the topic.
Deliverables

• 30-day content and promotion calendar aimed at professionals in my niche
• Implementation of agreed tactics (metadata updates, ad setup, outreach coordination)
• Final metrics report comparing baseline to post-campaign results
Acceptance criteria: at least a 200k rise in average views per video and measurable subscriber growth within the first month, verified in YouTube Studio analytics.
