My site’s load times are holding back both users and rankings, so I’m looking for a technical SEO professional who can dig in, uncover every bottleneck, and leave the pages lightning-fast. Your first task will be a full performance audit—from server response through to front-end rendering—so we have a clear baseline. From there, I want tangible fixes implemented (not just a report) that move the key metrics.
Core focus
• Achieve noticeably faster loading times on every template and critical landing page.
• Push Core Web Vitals into the “good” range and keep them there.
• Clean up any code, asset, or configuration issues uncovered during the audit.
Deliverables
1. Comprehensive before-and-after audit report with the main bottlenecks identified.
2. Implemented optimisations (caching, image compression/format changes, CSS & JS minification, server or CDN tweaks—whatever is required).
3. Post-implementation test results showing the new performance scores and real-world load times.
Acceptance criteria
• First Contentful Paint under 2 seconds and a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop for the homepage and at least three top-traffic pages.
• No new crawl errors introduced during the work.
• Clear rollback or documentation of changes, so everything is reproducible and maintainable.
