Boost Sales with Increased Traffic and Keywords on Shopify SEO

I run a Shopify store and need an expert in SEO to increase traffic and keywords to help boost sales. I specifically need assistance with increasing traffic and better keyword presence on my site: www.earphoneguy.com. I am attaching a screenshot of all of our performances, mine as well as my 5 competitors.
All of my competitors have significant more traffic than I do. I had a company doing SEO for almost the last year and have gotten almost no results except for spammy backlinks. I do realize this is an ongoing process and I am ok with that, but I am looking for the right person to fix this.
I will need:
Audit of my site
Scope (plan of action) that you will do - Be specific. I am not looking for "Oh, I will get you on front page of Google". Break it down for me. Tell when what you are going to do for me.
Key Tasks:
- Increase Traffic and Keywords
- Improve On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, and overall site structure for better visibility.
- Enhance Off-Page SEO: Build quality backlinks and enhance brand presence on various platforms.
- Tackle Technical SEO: Ensure website's technical aspects are up to par for search engine crawling.
I have a mix of specific keywords I want to target, along with needing assistance with keyword research from my competitors as well.

- Proven experience with Shopify SEO
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Excellent keyword research skills
- Experience in e-commerce sales optimization.
